Mindful Movement for Digestion: An anatomy focused yoga journey through the GI tract!
This interactive workshop explores the digestive tract from mouth to colon through anatomy, physiology, and the gut-brain connection. Participants will learn where and how carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids are digested. We will explore the importance of whole foods as sources of fiber and micronutrients that support digestive health and overall nourishment. You will learn how yoga and mindful eating can support a resting-and-digesting state!
